Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms apply to direct bookings for the Garden Studio at Chandelle Park Farm Stay.

Bookings and payment

• For bookings made more than 14 days before check-in, a 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
• For bookings made 14 days or less before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after the full payment has been received.
• If a deposit has been paid, the dates are held until the final balance due date. If the final balance is not paid after a reminder, Chandelle Park may cancel the booking and release the dates for rebooking.

Cancellation policy

If a guest cancels:

• More than 7 days before check-in: refund of the amount paid less a 5% cancellation fee.
• 7 days or less before check-in: refund of the amount paid less a 20% cancellation fee.
• 48 hours or less before check-in, or no-show: no refund, unless Chandelle Park decides otherwise.

If Chandelle Park cancels the booking or cannot provide the accommodation, the guest will receive a full refund.

Cancellation fees are intended to cover payment processing, administration, and loss of availability. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Check-in and checkout

• Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Check-out is by 11:00.
• Arrival details and the key code are sent before arrival.

Guest responsibilities

• The Garden Studio sleeps up to 2 guests.
• Guests must leave the studio tidy, turn off lights and appliances, close the door, and return the key to the lock box on departure.
• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond ordinary use.

Animal experiences

Llama Walks and Animal Feeding Experiences are subject to availability and weather. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.
