These Website Terms apply to the use of the Chandelle Park Farm Stay website.

Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate, including rates, availability, inclusions and booking details. If an obvious error occurs, we may correct it and contact affected guests as soon as practical.

Bookings

Accommodation bookings are governed by the separate Booking Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and the Booking Terms, the Booking Terms apply to accommodation bookings.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Square. Chandelle Park does not store card numbers.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false booking information, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Chandelle Park is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website.
